I use a ‘coaching approach’ to my work…
What does this mean?
I am an accredited coach with Relational Dynamics 1st & Culture at Work Ltd. I apply coaching skills to all aspects of my work with each client. Ultimately, this means that I hold a safe, creative space that allows the individual/organisation to develop their own problem-solving muscle, proactively reflect on work that’s taken place and bring challenging questions and thoughts into that space to move forward. Through this training I have entirely shifted my attitude around fear of failure, risk and reward. I now work with clients to see any action as opportunity for learning and growth, rather than success and failure. It also means that I am committed to an equal and shared partnership with my clients – I will walk along side you, and your process, holding the map – but it’s you that decides the destination.
My training was with Relational Dynamics 1st, you can learn more about them Here.
The accreditation body is Culture at Work Ltd. and you can read more about them here.
What I can Offer
I have witnessed incredible strides in productivity, working relationships, and a return to core values by using this approach. It is highly affective for both individuals, and to integrate a ‘coaching culture’ into work places. Ultimately, this is how I work now, and the differences are often subtle, but can have great affect when used to facilitate meetings, mentorship and consultancy. I do also offer specific coaching sessions, one-on-one, and small group sessions too. This could be to get a project off the ground, evaluating post-project, or after a period of time that just needs more clarity and clear goal setting. Please get in touch if you are interested in either a group coaching session or one-one-one series of sessions and we can discuss what is the best fit for you.
